Im a US Citizen petitioning for my husband, we did a change of name on the marriage certificate but I haven't gotten to changing it on my passport, or SSN...is the certificate enough evidence when filling out my information as the spouse giving my new last name, (same as his) when filling out family name through out the I-130?
Secondly, under his I-94 it asks for an arrival date, but he is currently living in Canada and comes every other weekend or so while the visa is valid. There is no single date of arrival...should I just leave this blank??
