  1. I had Noa1 last year (June 2007) Until now, We don't hear anything yet from USCIS. Anybody had the same problem with me?

    My questions are:

1.) What are we going to do?

2.)Any number or person to be contact?

3.)We tried RFE trikcs couple of times, but it didn't work.

4.)Is it OK to file K3 and disregard K1?

Any additional Info is higly appreciated...Thanks a lot and God bless everyone!

OMG!!! You mean you filed your K-1 last year and until now no NOA2 received? You should make a way. Why you will change to K-3? Are you already married here in Philippines? If you are already married, you should file K-3. Call USCIS NOW! But I'm sorry I don't know their number. My fiance called USCIS last week because until now, it's been more than a month already since we sent I-129 but still nothing hear from them. But I don't know how he contact USCIS. Let's just pray for each other that everything will turn out fine. God bless!!!

  2. Hi! I just want to ask some help from you. I am really getting worried because our papers were not yet touched. I noticed that there was a May22 filer and their papers were already touched last May 29. We filed last May 6. So why is it they are still not touching it? What would my fiance has to do? Do he has to call the CSC? And also there were some changes time adjucated. Before, it says there that our I-129F will be adjucated as early as October 15,2008. Why now it change to October 22 until November 10,2008. OMG! It will took for so very very long time. I can't imagine it. I thought fiance visa is faster than IR. Fiance will not took for more than 9 months. Please help me out with these matters. Thank you so much! God bless you...

  3. :) Hi! I just wanna asked how you will know if the papers were already "touched"? Does it mean they are starting processing the papers? How long are we going to know that our papers were touched from the time we received the NOA1? We received our NOA1 last May 17, 2008. Your answers regarding this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you!
  4. Why is it that same date filing I-129F but varies in the number of days NOA1 received? As I noticed, if you received the NOA1 fast, the total number of days from I-129F to Interview is less than 200 days... I am worried because we received our NOA1 11 days after the filing of I-129F..

Anyway here's some words of encouragement I can share today:

    SEASON YOUR WORDS WITH SALT

"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt.

    Colossians 4:6"

There is a song that is sung by the BeeGees' called "words".

    It goes like this :

    It's only words

And words are all I have to steal your heart away.

WORDS used wisely and gracefully can be the most powerful tool to WIN the Heart of someone where as Careless WORDS can cause so much harm and pain. Even a REBUKE can be received WELL if the Proper Words and ATTITUDE is applied.

SALT is used to make food taste good and what the writer means is that we should make our Words and Conversation more GRACEFUL and Palatable to the hearer. Not that we should COMPROMISE the Truth but rather to SPEAK the truth in a Pleasant and Graceful MANNER that would be Readily Accepted. What's the use that we may WIN an Argument, but have lost a brother or sister in Christ, a Friend or even so someone we do really LOVE.

    Let's use words wisely.

    GOD BLESS YOU!
