Hello!
Part 3, Question 5 on Form I-485 asks "Are you 21 years of age or older and applying for adjustment based on classification as a child, under the provisions of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA)?" Yes or No
In my case, I'm under 21 (20 right now), I will be turning 21 in 2 months, and I'm planning to file the I-485 now since I am able to under the visa bulletin "Dates for Filing".
My question is, should I answer "Yes" since I will almost 100% need USCIS to use CSPA to calculate my age, or should i answer "No" since my age is not 21 yet?
If I should answer "No" how would USCIS to know to use the CSPA to calculate my age when they are processing my form?
I am under the F2A Family Preference Category
Thank you.
