"certified copies of all court and police records, showing the charges and completed dispositions for every offense" is what the RFE requests
I originally submitted the abstract which has all the information on it. It says "abstract", not "disposition" on the document but the county clerk insists he "does these all day" for people that need them for visas and its the proper document
1. Must I insist on a disposition from the clerk instead of the abstract?
2. Or is the abstract sufficient and the RFE is because I didn't include "police records"?
3. The "police records" is vague wording and its not clear what they are asking from me. Is this a detailed report from my arrest, or some kind of record from Illinois State Police that I simply have a criminal record?
There seems to be no info on this online anywhere
