  1. I received my NOA1 approval on July 10, 2025, and I'm currently waiting 8 months, 0 weeks, and 6 days. I still haven't received my NOA2 approval. They delayed the process too much in July. People around me received their approvals in July, but I still haven't. USCIS says we have to wait 10 months to make an inquiry. However, when my 9th month is up, I will request an inquiry from the USCIS office in my fiancé's area. 2. My NOA1 document arrived on July 10th. The initial application stated that my fiancé had a past court record, but that he marked "no" on Form 129. We then submitted all court and police records, sworn statements, and the corrected Form 129 before our case was opened. The July 10th files were opened on February 5th, and the corrections arrived on February 11th. However, I still haven't heard anything about my case. We realized our mistake and submitted it before the RFE arrived. The July files were opened, but there's no positive or negative response. USCIS will begin opening the August files. What should we do in this situation?
