I am sorry you are going through this, but when the person called you from the embassy, didn't the interviewer introduce themselves? Did you ask who are you?

Uh no the interviewer act like you and I... basically just a normal conversation getting to know me that when where it went down... they interview my fiance at the same ask for his password to get into his email...

Ok this is pathetic.. I file 129F back in march 07 and my fiance went for interview and failed on Nov 07 basically they didn't think our relationship is real enough..Tell my fiance go home and wait.... In March they do a sneaky on me by giving me a phone in the US at 10pm asking all my personal info and I wasn't sure if this person for real an officer who trying to interview or just a some scams... At first I went along with it but it got to the point asking my address, what have i been doing the last 10year, and, then social security?????????? Living in the US almost all my life, I'm sure noone would give their social sercuity or anything else afterward on the Phone right???????????????????? Well that caused me where I am today... Bascially I didn't answer anything that person wants to hear and after that I call my fiance told him what happen and he were like they just interview me here....... ....... After that I email the consulate explaining what happens and they don't believe me.. A few weeks later they email me from the Ho chi minh consulate saying my case is already back on its way back..... Which is back in May of 08....... Uh yeh they lied... After months and months of trying to find out where my case is ... I went to my congressman asking for help. So my congressman contact them so many times .. They even lied to my congressman that the case is already back to where i filed my case at CSV ..Whatever.... My congressman got so mad and finally email them again and finally in October the case is back..Months of waiting .... Just yesterday National Visa Center finally recieve it... My question is what happen next when the case is at the NVC ???????? How long the wait for the decisions?????? This is so stressful right now...

sadly, they can't find a good reason why they should failed my finance the first time he got an interview... the only reason they found was oh the plane ticket doesn't match with my visa purchase.... the next day i fax my finance circle it... and they make another excuses that he has to wait... then the phone call started that when our answer doesn't match... and they ask my finance for his password to go into his email and read our emails... in the emails.. 2wk before i was being so mad at him and tell him its over and he should go find a gf.... so the officer read that... call me back on my phone and yelled at me for being unfaithful... i didn't even get a chance to explain to her and she hung the phone up on me.... so a few day ago they send my finance a letter said in the phone interview our answer didn't match... and i told him on the emails to go find a gf so the case is being send back to the US now... its sooo stupid.... i really need to find someone to write a letter of complaints to my case ... seriously..

i don't know... ..... right now.. seriously... im getting so tired of the wait.. my fiance and i been together for 5yrs now .. i can't believe they failed us... seriously, i just don't get why the people are for real is being held back yet the people that fake get away with it........ ........... get to the point im getting too tired.

My case is on its way to USCIS . I called USCIS this morning and they told me my case have not make it way to the US yet it could take up to 30-90 days to get there.. So i decided to get a lawyer in VN. A friend of our also has similar situation and she hire a lawyer in VN that guranteed her that within 5mos period her fiance will be here.. the total fees is $2,300 .. $1,000 is due at the beginning and the the rest is due on the day they issue her fiance his visa and abord his plane........... sound tooo tooo good to be true......... but again VN is all about connections and $$$... i also call a lawyer here in the US all it said is jux convert into I-130 ... and it take a year half something i think i can do on my own.. honestly alot of lawyer i know all they do is file paper for us and do the same thing we probably can do by ourself and charge us a bunch of legal fees... but the one in Vn sound too too good to be true but i think they probably know what they doing. so might as well give that a try and see if it really 5mos or 5yrs .. i will update you guys how my case go.

hi all im a newbie here... wondering if anyone here can help me answer some question about my case... i filed 129F march of 2007.. My fiance got an interview on Nov but he failed. Then in april an officer in Vn give us both an phone interview.. Being un prepare that we both are we failed the phone interview answering competely opposite answers from each other... here a very complicated part about our case. when the officer ask my fiance about his email password . she went in and read and findout that 2wk before i wrote email to my finance to break up with him and he should find someone new. So now they also held that against me too. So this morning my fiance got a letter stating that our case is very complicated to make a decisions so they send it back to the US and have a consulate officer review our case and have a final decisions... does anyone know how long does it take ? what is my next step ? i want to write or call them to justified my story... people tells me i should get a lawyer and it will guranteed me within 5mos my fiance will be here but i don't know if it worth it since i know for sure before they review my case if i can write them my side of story maybe they will understand... real couple fights and get mad at each other from time to time but that doesn't mean we don't love each other or not serious in our realtionship....
