interview occurred already a month ago. Refused status meaning thats what it says on ceac visa status website . it says refused ever since the interview

child is 11, nobody has custody there was never an order made. nobody never sought custody because i wasn't ness or affordable in jamaica. i was never married . Child has been living with mother(me) and grandmother all her life. Father is in USA on visa, he calls her and gives money. I got married in us and now trying see whats going. on. Dad knows whats going on, but embassy never gave us any instructions for getting a custody order or formal affidavit from father.

looking for help on how to go about delay at US embassay Kingston, Jamaica. My USC husband filed for my child which is his stepchild. Embssay has refused status for immigration VISA. No slip no explianation, have emailed embassy with no response Research indicates that i may need a custody order in jamaica or the biological fathers permission or both. Has anyone had the same or similiar issue in immigration process?
