Hi, I had the same situation as you! Where in the process are you at now? How long after the RFIE did you get your decision? Did you answer the question with a “X” or a check mark? I feel like USCIS is super picky and I don’t wanna mess up! -

Hi guys we received a RFIE on December 8th, got the mail yesterday and they said I missed a simple check box yes/no question about criminal history. My answer is no so I don’t need to send any additional documents- my case is very straight forward. My question is… can all those who received a RFIE please share when they got their i129f approval for K1 visa? Tysm!
