It is recommended to do the change of address online AND submit the AR-11 (USC Sponsor is to submit an I-865).
AR-11 goes to:
U.S Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Change of Address
PO Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134
(You should get a confirmation letter a couple of weeks later - at the new address.)
Thank you Karin and Otto! That is exactly what I needed. I'd like to know at what website or any link that you got that address.
Your reply is greatly appreciated.

The address is on the form and on the USCIS website (for the form) - I didn't include the street address for those using FedEx and the like but it's there too.
Thank you Karin and Otto

Good day to all!
I already got my interview notice for my AOS which is scheduled on January 27, 2009 then I was able to received my EAD Card and now we move to a new apartment just last January 2, 2009. I've read that me as a Non US Citizen need to file AR-11 online and send another one in the mail to USCIS. My question is when I mail my change of address at what USCIS office should I send it. Will it be on Missourri since most of my NOA's that I received is coming from them? or will it be in USCIS Seattle since I will have my interview for my AOS with them?
Does my husband (US Citizen) need to file the form I-865 so he could change the address as well?
Hope someone could enlighten my mind.
Thank you so much.
Irene
AR-11 can be submitted electronically
USC must change the address as well
Make sure at the interview you tell them the new address
Thanks so much for the quick reply.
While reading the USCIS website they recommended to also send in mail the form AR-11 aside from doing it online, but I just don't know what USCIS Office should I mail it

Hello everyone!
I recently was laid off from my job and have hesitated filing for unemployment because of our K-1 visa. I am aware that we are able to ask a friend or relative to file a I-864 as a joint sponsor and we plan on doing so.
My questions are:
1. Would filing for unemployment affect our status at all or jeopardize my fiancee's K1 status?
2. If I have a Joint Sponsor, do I also fill out a I-864? (this is unclear on the form)
Thank you for your help!
Eric & Althea
(more questions to follow for sure!)
Hi!
My husband got laid off a day before we sent the AOS application. We just took the risk eventhough it was scary but thanks God that I already got my AOS interview next month and he was called back to work just a week ago.
I was also very hesistant for my husband to apply for unemployment for the first week he got laid off becuase I was scared because I had my AOS application but we were advised by my Filipino Friends better to apply for unemployment checks. So, my husband did apply and everything went good.
Just have faith in God!
Have a nice day.

We received our NOA2 through the MAIL (HARD COPY) on OCT. 8, 2008... we are already approved on OCT. 2, 2008 but we didn't received any noticed (like email) before October 8, 2008....hahaha very funny...
I took my shower, I went to my room and watch my cellphone, its really good timing because when I looked at my cellphone it suddenly rang with a text alert, in my thought it is my honey because last night we didn't talk with each other, and I am correct HE is the one sending the message saying "HONEY WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!!! LOVE YOU!!!!" After reading that message, I cried for the happiness that I felt and I can't explain the emotions that I had in myself. I went online and talked to him with "TEARS OF JOY"...hahaha...then after we talked I told my parents that we are "APPROVED" and we are all happy. I went to NSO to process my CENOMAR. I am floating in the air while riding in a jeepney going to NSO...hahaha
GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME...

Im starting to fill up the forms for my Adjustment of Status. But I have a question with regards to Form I-485 on Part 3 in which there asking about my Non-Immigrant Visa Number, where can I locate this number? Is it the 8 digit numbers on my visa on color red on my visa? Or is it the control number on the top most part of my visa which has 14 digit number that starts with 2008xxxxxxxx? Which is Which?
Hope someone knows what's this non-immigrant visa number.

Does anybody know of a Civil Surgeon in Tacoma-Seattle area who charges <$50 for I-693? Been calling CS clinics but they charge from $125+++
Hi there!
I just got done with my sealed 1-639 by a Civil Surgeon in Kirkland, WA. My husband spent almost $400 including my 2nd dosage of HPV. I did find a cheaper CS here in Seattle but I haven't seen one.
I hope you'll find the cheapest one in your area.
Good Luck

hi everyone!
its quite a while that i did not visit VJ and post. due to my busy schedule preparing for my interview. I had my interview last friday sept.26. thanks god everything went well. the interview was so smooth and easy. the only time i fell nerveous when i was alraedy outside the consul's office.but i was fine. my husband is there he give me his support and prayer. his not allowed to inerview the consul's office. for me it was not a big deal. i knew it already. i know god is with me. but after few questions from the consul he told me to let my husband inn. that moment i was thingking that there might be problem here.because why he need my husband there. i was looking my husband outside and i was really thought that the consul will make a split interview. But the consul just said " this lady said that you married to her" then he laugh and said okey you are approve. just want to see that the married is not fraud. we are so happy to hear the word A P P R O V E D. but eveything thing will not become possible if i have not put the whole trust to god. i know along the way we encounters problems. but i still have the complete trust and faith to god. specially my husband he always assure me that everything will be fine also because he trust god and believed on him. Thank you much once again to all of you here. this site has tough us alot and i learned i lot from here. and meet new frinds.

hi Irene!
I just want to drop by to say HI and that finally you are with your hubby!
I am glad that you arrived safe.
Hope that you can find a civil surgeon soon. You can try checking it online..i bet you can find one in close to your place.
God Bless!
Hi there!
Yeah, me & my husband had been calling to check what's the cheapest. Well, it seems like the only cheapest here is $230.00
I just can't understand why they let us pay this much where in fact we paid much in the Phillippines with our medical.
Anyway, how's the two of you there? I hope you'll get your visa soon. Just have faith.

Hi everyone!
I've been here in the states since September 16, 2008. Me & my husband had been send the adjustment of status next week. I had been reading about my I-693 here on visajourney. I had my medical back in the Philippines last July 27-28, 2008 but I guess it's not yet complete.
My husband had been saying that we could get vcaccines at the pharmacist here in the states but I read in here better to check with a Civil Surgeon. Im here in Seattle and if someone could help me how to get a civil surgeon. Will they know what's the additional vaccines should I get?
Thank you so much for your help.
Have a great Sunday Evening!
Irene
SHOP around as some will try and hit you up for big $s. You shouldn't have to pay more than $50 plus cost of vaccinations. Try your local health department as they may be free or cheaper.

Thanks so much!!!

Congratulations to all the successful interviews. We also passed the AOS interview yesterday at 3:00PM. Everything went well during the interview, We got a very friendly interviewer. He just asked about how did we met...blah. It was just more like us sharing our love story to a friend. We just showed to him our tons of snails mails (Standard Mails) and he appreciated it. I offered him evidence like credit card, bank statement, pictures but he said he don't need to see it because his convince that out marriage is real. He didn't stamp my passport but he said I should remove conditions using I-751 90 days before the expiration of my 2 years green card.
So, it's waiting time for the green card in the mail.
Thanks God for everything....
