  1. Thanks everyone! :) We wish you all the best of luck! It's just a matter of time before everyone is reunited with their loved ones. Just have a lot of patience and before you know it you'll be extremely happy that this process if finally over, and you'll be together with your spouse in no time. GoGo's the best example! Congrats again GoGo!

Congrats to all the recent approvals and goodluck once again to everyone!

  2. Ok, Mr. Obvious, of course it moves with expedites. I'm saying that VSC is finally moving because they approved our expedite. No questions asked. No evidence needed. One simple phone call and a few days later they granted it no problem. My reason was severe financial loss. It was surprising that they approved the expedite without any evidence or anything. That's why I said VSC is finally moving.

It ALWAYS moved with expedites. People were approved in as little as 2 weeks..

You can say it moves when people WITHOUT expedites get approved, and they are not getting approved.

Our cases were both approved TODAY, 09-26-08 at Vermont!!!

We requested expedited processing on our I-130 petition tuesday of last week, and the expedited processing was approved last friday. (3 days after the request)

VSC is moving since we got extremely lucky for our case to be expedited. I didn't expect them to approve the request, so I have hope for people still waiting. It can't be much longer. Good luck to everyone, and just remember that this whole wait is definitely worth it at the end.

  4. Poll didn't work. 2nd question only showed 2 people transfering from CSC to VSC. 3rd question showed many more cases being transfered over. I guess the way I had the questions worded were kind of confusing. Unfortunately this poll was a failure. Maybe somebody can come up with a better poll or gather all the transferred cases in an easier method. Plus the poll doesn't tell us specific information about the applicants on VJ

It would be great if the timelines had a transferred option. Either way hope everyone updates their timeline and mentions that their case was transferred on the comments section.

  5. Well, I decided to try out this poll feature and see how many VJ members respond to it. Hopefully many! I'm still waiting at VSC for my K3. My NOA1 (I-130) was dated April 24, 2008. I'm just curious to see how many cases were transferred from VSC to CSC. 1 vote per member and No NOA2s from 2007 pleaseee. Thanks!

Good luck to everyone waiting on their NOA2s! Congrats to all the approvals!
