    God this message from Embassy after 19months in ADMIN Processing is that mean my case was closed and deleted Thank you for your inquiry. Your case at post has been purged. A purged case cannot be reinstated. If the applicant wishes to immigrate to the U.S., a new petition must be filed for the applicant.
