Hi guys, we received I-130 approval on Nov 18. Initially I applied for the Australia police certificate (name check only), but I just realized it also requires the fingerprint version. The fingerprint certificate may take up to 30 days to receive the hard copy. Should I upload a cover letter explaining that I’m in the process of obtaining the fingerprint certificate (and attach the application form and mailing receipt), and also attach the name-check-only certificate I already have?
