  1. I have a gut that might be. But I can't just go and tell the lawyer I believe this and that, I read online this and that. I will come back and do an update. Thank you everyone! If anyone have any insights or experiences like: "Oh yeah they didn't ask that, yes they did we did this etc.." for me just to read and just hope for the best and pray!
  2. Case - Parent of a US Citizen (LPR Application) That I don't know. Maybe it will take 4 more months from today for me to be able to return to the US. We just got off the phone again with the lawyer she said: "Him (I) living outside the US, should not affect you (mother) they shouldn't deny it, there shouldn't be a reason for it. BUT that's not what she said earlier as she was mentioning about a last document that I was going to sign and she said something "Reside in the US before she enters" So..... That is where I am at. I'm reading and probably making it worse or stressing but what to believe?
  3. I've just found out my Mother will be receiving her Visa Interview this December 2025. (She is residing in the US) I am her petitioner with a join sponsor. (If there are similar threads with my situation please guide me to them) I'm currently living abroad and recently got married, waiting for my Temporary Residency Card. I have: 3 Bank accounts 401K account Driving license (current) under my parents address. What really sucks is that her lawyer didn't mention anything about me providing domicile, I just found out and reading about it. I saw threads that the above is not still enough. They are looking for a Foreseeable future of me to live in the US with the applicant. I can't leave my current location because it will affect my application process, so if the above is not enough: 1. Should she push her interview back I don't know... Until I get my card (time it correctly) I move back, find a job and hope everything works out? 2. Or what else can be sufficient for the NVC to approve
