Hello. Recieved packet 4 today and hopped into usvisa-info site made and account got to the payment page and it's got the amount but no link anywhere to actually make the payment. That page also says there's no appointment dates right now and to check back. Do I have to have a date to pay? Or do I have to pay before I get a date? I'm so lost. I just want to give them money and I don't know how!
