So under the new law 1 November 2025, it does mention IR-5 cases being scheduled for Kazakhstan, Almaty. Does it mean that parents cases would no longer go to Warsaw? Has anyone recently applied and have experience with that? As we all know Schengen visa is extremely hard to get for Russians right now and being scheduled in Warsaw would not be a great option. Have anyone still been scheduled for Warsaw recently? Any experience with transfers? Can you request being scheduled in Kazakhstan and how? And what proof do they ask for transfers?
