So my husband two year green card expires 02/04/2026. We are aware of the 90 day time frame. we are in the process of savings funds to paid for the application . my question is This for those of you who file already how close to the expiration date did you guys file ? like can I submit it like first to mid week of December? i only ask because what I been told as long as they receive it before 2/2026 we fine. cause I could just do it express mail .
