    Our joint sponsor made miskate he chose that he is the petitioner instead of he is the joint sponsor we get dq like that and i am having the interview soon what i should do? Its very important to get another signature from him ? Idk what to do

    This is the problem they told me its identity theft but idk if that true bcs my wife told me he was not filing in past his taxes so thats why i worry about that in the consulate

    guys i hope u all have a beautiful day so my question is in i864 last most recent year our joint sponsor add only last year 2024 and he didnt anwser on question marks and bcs he didnt file for 2022 2023 the nvc accept it but do im im gonna have problem in the consulate? second my wife tax transcript 2024 still processing like i said nvc accept our documents without it, but in the consulate do they gonna ask me about the tax transcript 2024 of my wife ? Or noo!! Only joint sponsor and thank u so much guys for help Help please

    Hey guys i wanna ask my joint sponsor in his amount you owe part in tax transcript its like 24.000$ is that gonna be a problem in the my interview day? His income is 100.000$ in tax transcript and in 1099 is 244.000$ and i dont think he is having a payment plan right so is that a problem

    Hey guys i wanna ask u my wife the petitioner live with her stepfather in the same mailing address but she is living in house mobile separately but still in the same property of the her stepfather so the question is he file us i864 as a joint sponaor not i864a as household and we get DQ at the NVC but i am worried in the consulate if they told me why they have the same address and he file i864 not i864a i am afraid to get refused for that in the Casablanca embassy
