I know I don't have a timeline but i'm sorry I havn't had a chance to fill it out.

I paid the IV bill online and now its asking me to send in the docs with the cover sheet, in the past it was that after the iv bill was paid the case was forwarded to the embassy and they collected the docs. I don't have police report for my wife nor the photographs. what do i do next? is it supposed to be like this?

just a question, it says that I should print the document cover sheet and mail it in with "other documents" , what are these other documents? I sent my Affidavit of Support in already...

does he need to have anything signed by his wife?

I believe he only needs to use the I864A if he wants to use his wife's income to supplement his own

If it's a joint sponsor, and not a household member, you do another 864 (not 864A). Does he have his own W2s? I just used my step mom's income (and only her W2s) but the joint tax returns of my dad and step mom. Only she signed the form. I never wrote my father's name on the form at all. Does that make sense?

Because he is an independent contractor, and I didn't feel like messing with his tax info.

no I-864A is required between the two of you

ok guys sorry if this is available somewhere else but I couldn't find it.... I'm getting ready to fill out the I-864, my income is over the poverty line but just to be safe I have a co-sponser. does he need to have anything signed by his wife? like the form i-684a? does he also sign another one for me and him? thanks for your help

alright here's the question, I mailed my Choice of agent form and paid the Affidavit of support fee, the NVC has generated Visa fee bill on auguest 12th, i'm yet to recieve it... I tried calling NVC but the "operators" are busy helping other members, what should I do? I also see that some of the fees are paid online by some members, how do i do that?

The operators won't take your call because you haven't entered your timeline on VisaJourney.

Seriously, please input it. It helps ALL of us.

2. Keep trying, you will eventually get through to an operator. Many people suggest calling early morning.

I know i-130 is a petetion not a VISA. Thanks for the correction, i don't think you read my question.. again it was do I send it to NVC or she takes it with her?........Thanks for being so HELPFUL!!!

What kind of visa are you doing?

If it's a K visa she takes it [i-134]to the interview.

If it's CR or IR you will send it [i-864] to the NVC.

its a regular i-130 visa...
