Hi, Maybe clear as daylight but a newbie here 🙂, so I will still ask. The first NOA1 notice dated 8/5/2025 is the Receipt notice and shows the Potomac Service Center with an Irving, TX address. The second NOA1 notice dated 8/7/2025 is the USCIS Account Access notice and shows the SCOPS Texas Facility with the same Irving, TX address. Is this the case of our application being transferred from the Potomac Service Center to the SCOPS Texas Facility for the processing? Thanks!
