In may 2025 my cousin’s friend who’s a US citizen came to Trinidad and I met and built a relationship with him.
In June 2025 I came to United States with a visiting visa that gave me 6 moths out of my home country Trinidad & Tobago. In July we got engaged and then on October 15 we got married in the US. I’m looking into filing for my green card/ immigrant status as being a resident of the United States, what form/visa is best suited for our relationship/marriage to file for our application?
Do I apply for the k3 visa?
Do I file just for adjustment of status? ( 6 months end on December 18th)
