  1. Sorry, I forgot to include that detail. Yes, the case # starts with an MNL*** , the beneficiary is currently in Taiwan and the case is still with the NVC. We already submitted another public inquiry to have it routed or change to AIT, hopefully they'll get back to us with a positive response, that it won't take another weeks for a new case #.
  2. Hello, As mentioned in the title, we’re a bit confused about whether we may have been assigned the wrong case number. My fiancé is Filipino but will be attending the interview in Taiwan. When we submitted our I-129F petition, we indicated Taipei as our preferred consulate. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how was it resolved? Thank you!
  3. Sorry, I should have clarified earlier—my fiancé (the petitioner) is the one trying to update his address online through his USCIS account. Unfortunately, he keeps receiving the same message: “Personal Information Not Found.” I’m wondering if this might just be a system glitch, as I’ve seen others online mention experiencing the same issue. Has anyone here experienced this as well, and if so, how were you able to successfully update your address?
  4. My fiancé has tried several times to update his address online, but it keeps showing “Personal Information Not Found.” We double-checked and made sure all the details were entered correctly. Does this happen often? I also read that mailing the AR-11 form may not be helpful, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced the same issue and found a way to successfully update their address online. Thank you!
