Hi All,

My fiancee will come sometime likely in Spring of 2009, and the only thing we're worried about at this point is the 864 form. I know for certain I will meet the 125% poverty level, but I'm just starting a career allowing me to do so, therefore I won't be able to reflect my new earnings in the tax transcripts.

My question is this: may I put down what I make in a year with some sort of evidence from my new employer? I am in a situation where my relatives absolutely do not want to be financially responsible for my fiancee, which I completely understand, and I will do whatever I can to not have a joint sponsor.
