    Hello, My fiancé is Brazilian and Italian, and we initiated the K-1 visa petition based on his Brazilian citizenship. He has recently obtained his Italian passport. I understand that he would likely be denied a B-2 (tourist) visa from Brazil if he applied, but would he face entry denial into the U.S. if he tried to enter with his Italian passport using ESTA for a short vacation (under 90 days)?
