It's true that he can't send money only for studies or medical emergency because he is moroccan. Only visitors or someone who is not moroccan but live in morocco can do it . that's the law in morocco. Please go to the "office des changes . ma " website ( you can get it from google) you'll find a response to your question. The website is in french , get it translated or tell your husband to read it.

Here is my interview experience. My appointment was at 9:20 am but but my husband dropped me there at 8:30 am ( he took care of the children and we live like 50 miles far from Newark . The IO called me at 9:47am after he went through the N400 application asking me if there is any change he began to ask me about how I met my husband , when I came for the first time to the us and wich kind of visa I had. After that he told me to give him a copy of our marriage certificate , our children's birth certificates and the 3 years tax transcript ,I told him that I sent everything with the application ,he ansewed me that he was sorry and he couldn't find them he also told me that he was sorry about asking me too much questions . The civics questions were about the stars , the president and the congress . I was outside his office at 10am. I took the oath at 1:30pm . I was outside the immigration building at around 2:10pm .

Think you. Yes I got 10/10 because it was a piece of cake .The IO was just asking about the stars and the president. He asked me to write : I drive a blue car to work but didn't ask me to read anything.

Hi all. Think u so much for your help. I'm nervous because I had a bad experience for my first interview in 2005 ( adjustment of status). We sent all the proofs of bona fida marriage with the application and the day of the interview the IO went through the application and asked us to show her more proofs .At the end of the interview she started looking at our daughter ( she was 1 month old at that time ) and asked my husband if the baby is his daughter even if we showed her the birth certificate . My husband didn't like the question , I began to cry .In my country a man can get really really mad if you ask him this question , I think the IO noticed that my husband didn't like the question ,she told us that she can't made a decision at that time . I didn't have a second interview because she send us a letter and asked us to bring only my passport so she can put the stamp on it( we received the letter 5 days after the interview) and so she did . When I was waiting for the welcome notice I received another letter from her saying that I need to get fingerprinted again . The guy who took my fingerprints didn't inderstand anything he asked me why the IO needs more fingerprints after stamping my passport ( I 551 ) . I received my GC 2 weeks after the second set of fingerprints.

A friend of mine answered no to the question (detained by an officer) even if a police officer put cuffs on her hands twice after she had a fight with her manager and with a store manager but she didn't go to the police station because her husband talked to the 2 managers and begged them to forgive her . after that she had a fight with her hunsband and he called the cops on her ,they took her to the police station ,she stayed like 3 or 4 hours there then she came home . a judge was called on the phone that night . they didn't stay ( her husband and her) at the same house for 3 weeks (the judge told them that) . What do you think about that ? isn'it crasy to answer NO to the question after all that? When I applied for my citizenship - I said "NO" even though I had been stopped various times for speeding, illegal U-turn and a couple other traffic offenses - for some of which I got a ticket and for some, I didn't. As long as I was not taken to the police station and held for questioning/processing - I consider it to be a "NO' for detained by an officer. I had no issues with my citizenship. Good Luck -

Hi all. My husband who is us citizen filed for his parents and now they have their GC and they are filing for their minor children. They came to the usa only 1 to 2 month a year , and now they want to came here only once every 2 years because the airline ticket is 2000$ . That's my husband who is always paying for the ticket , he is also supporting his family over sea and us ( our children and me) ,it's too much for his . I known that there is a form to file so they can stay over sea for more than a year but I don't know what is it. Would you mind please giving me some informations about what to do. think you .
