I meant affidavilt of witness,my apologies As he was witness that it was good faith marriage but didnt work out due to incompatibility ,and decision from his part and he agreed to write it and notarized it was his idea anyway

The only issue is that he is the one delaying the divorce ,not sure why ,he told me financial issue but we dont have kids or mortgage, but he is willing to do affidavit of support for the divorce, that's why I thought to send everything until I get divorce and then scan it because I heard they get RFE after a year or so ,and I am trying not to waste any time because it pointless anyway to just wait

hi my green card is gonna expire next year 2026 and i was wondering if i can file i751 early due that me and my husband are separated and definitely going to divorce soon, and because of his cheating ,and paying online to other people ,he said we are not compatible, he is willing to write affidavit of support and his brother willing to write affidavit witness to our marriage ,can i send i751 now or i have to wait until next year ? we are holding on divorce now because of financial issues from his side.
