  1. K-1 CFO appointment coming up next week for my fiance. I just got the FBI fingerprint check done on myself and emailed it to her. My FBI check was completely clean. No records of any arrests or any charge or anything within my FBI check results. However, I was arrested twice about 20 years ago for speeding tickets, and then for possession of controlled substance. Will my fiance be required to show additional documents at the CFO regarding these 2 arrests or will the FBI fingerprint results be enough? The controlled substance arrest was completely and actually expunged, which is why it can't even be found on the FBI check. I provided a document to my fiance from the county court where this arrest occured which states there are no records of any arrest for me there. This document is dated year 2022 which is when I requested the document. Do I need to order another document since the year says 2022 on it? If I order another document it will take a couple weeks to get it because they only postal mail this document. The speeding ticket arrest has documentation which I gave to my fiance.
  2. We used the following source to figure this out: https://citizenpath.com/faq/us-visa-stamp-explained/
  3. Apparently the control number is not the visa number. Apparently this is the visa number and we believe it is one letter followed by all numbers:
  4. Registering for CFO. We have to enter the visa number. Usually a diagonal line through the character means its the number zero. However, other characters other places within the visa are clearly number zeros but they don't use the diagonal line. This is stupid. Look at the issue date and expiration date, clearly those must be number zeros in the issue date and expiration date. Even in the control number itself, the first 4 characters must be all numbers to indicate year 2025, and yet there are no diagonal lines through them.
  5. Passport was delivered at the 2GO location and picked up. Now it's time for the final boss, the CFO appointment. Thank you to everyone who has helped us through all the hurdles thus far.
  6. I sent an email to expresssupport@2go.com.ph and received the following response after about 24 hours: Apparently they need to reach out to their Operations team to get an update. I'm starting to feel like we should have just made another trip to Manila to pick up the passport. I hope there aren't any problems with the package. I don't even want to think about what will happen if her passport is lost in the mail.
  7. Thank you for your detailed response! Yes, the server has been down for me every time I try to check it. I searched around online and Google says we can apparently track 2GO shipments with other online shipping tracker tools. I'm not sure how accurate or true that is but I tried the 2GO tracking number in several other online tracking websites and the results were always "not found".
  8. Do you remember about how many days it took for the passport to go from Manila to the 2GO delivery location? Ours is going from Manila to Ozamiz. I believe we are on day 3 now. Just wondering about how long we should expect to wait.
  9. We chose a premium 2GO delivery address. Today, we received that same email you received stating the passport is out for delivery but do not pick up until tracking shows delivered. The tracking number was included in their email. We tried to track the package using their tracking number, but there were no results. So I assume they will just call once it arrives at the final 2GO destination. I see that in your experience they called to notify you when it was ready for pickup.
  10. I called the US Visa Travel Docs support and they confirmed the applicant's address should be entered into the Delivery Information field within the VFS payment portal when making payment of the 600 PHP.
  11. When making the payment on the VFS website it has this section titled "Delivery Information". I am assuming I should put the beneficiaries name and beneficiaries home address here even though we are not having the documents delivered to that home address? And then in the reply email to the email we received, we will put the 2GO location in the body of that email? Or are we supposed to put the 2GO address in this screenshot of the VFS payment portal?
  12. I just tried both of the phone numbers and my phone wouldn't allow the call and it said "invalid number". I dialed 011 02 8548 8223 and 011 02 7792 8988. I also tried it without the 011 for both numbers. Did you also have to use that VFS link to make payment?
  13. Those are strange phone numbers at the bottom of the email. Country code of (02) ? Is this a scam?
  14. In the beneficiaries US Travel Docs account dashboard, we listed this delivery address a long time ago. Image attached. I removed sensitive information. The beneficiary has passed the medical and consular interviews. Now its time to receive the passport back from the embassy. We were expecting the home delivery. However, we received the following email which I've attached as an image. What is the best option based on your experience? I'm assuming we have to forget about option number 2 since that is for home delivery and apparently they don't like her home address. Thank you.
  15. Thank you for your response. I did list it on my I129F since I did read that message stating that all arrests should be listed even if expunged. So I will supply a new FBI Fingerprint Background Check for the CFO appointment and hopefully they won't ask for more.
