    Recently I just got approved for my I 130 which filed for my wife in China. But due to my lawyer fault there are some errors on it. The most serious one is Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? My lawyer has a no for an answer. But I have filed a green card for my father like 8 year ago. What am I going to right now ? I really appreciated your help .
