Hi all, My spouse is here on a B2 Visa, it expires Early November. We are married, just got married if that changes anything. He didnt come here with the purpose of marrying but to travel and have fun with friends ( mutual friends of mine thats how we met). So his visa isnt expired, I am a us citizen. What form(s) should we file? What timeline should we look at? Does each form require its own filing fee?
