not sure how it would work since you already filed i-130, but you can also consider doing direct consular filing in whatever country you end up in. I know that you cannot have a pending i-130 for dcf, but perhaps if you withdraw it you'll be eligible for dcf down the line. Just throwing out this suggestion since dcf worked really well for my spouse and I. She was able to get her green card from start to finish in approximately 2 months (they were prepared to do it within 1 month even, but we had some travels planned during the process). You would need to have an exceptional circumstance to return to the US on short notice when the time comes - usually a job offer is enough, that's what I used.
