If you are living aborad, you can order any certificate throught psa serbillis. However, In philppines, you must book a PSA appointment for walkin. Once you book an appointment, you can visit the PSA outlet and get your certificate. The good thing is that, you can schedule your appoitment according to your time. Hey Rookie, I actually ran into the same issue recently with the PSA birth certificate being blurry and hard to read. After going through the same frustrating back-and-forth with the local PSA office, I finally found a solution through the PSA Complex in East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. That’s their main office, and it’s where I was able to request a clearer, updated copy successfully. It took a bit of time, but it worked. You might want to give that a try—hope it helps!
