so i have very small percent if the cutoff changes untill august?has this happened the last years?

i have heard in some cases they increase the number slighly when they have visas that they havent give or when a lot of interviews are non shown or cancelled,or when your country doesnt have a lot of winners like mine has only 27 winners (im from greece)so the embassy maybe gives you an interview above the cut off number
