  2. Hello,

Well, my wife went to the consulate at about 11:20am yesterday 12/18 for her interview and did not leave untill 4:45pm. She and alot of other people were told to come back in the moring 6:15am.

While at the consulate yesterday she was able to take care of the prescreening and so this moring all she is doing is her interview. She has been there since 6:15am and it is now 9:45am "Juarez time" and I have not heard from here!! So at this point I am starting to worrie.

    Good luck to everyone.

  3. Hey GueraKristina,

Calm down, everything will be alright!! My wife also went to pickup her envolope at the clinic yesterday afternoon and was told that her Friday apointment was changed to today, right now acually at 11:45am so I know exactly what you are feeling right now. Good thing is that she has a ride and left her cell in the car so when she is done with her interview I will know what happend.

    Relax.

  4. Hello VJ'rs,

I am going the CR-1 route and have our interview in Juarez this Friday 12/19. Question is, do we need to have our receipts for the I-864 "$70" and the DS-230 "$400" at the time we check in to the Consulate for our interview? We paid everything online and never printed out a reciept after payment went through.

I tryed logging in to the system where I made my payment to try and print out a receipt but it will not let me see my account or print out anything.

Please, any help would be great.

    Good luck to all!!!

  6. Hello to everyone,

I just recieved my wife's interview date letter for Juarez and it is set for 12/19/2008 at 11:45am. I am going the I-130 route and was surprised at the time of the interview because at the old consulate interviews were always at 8:00am or 9:00am in the morning for the I-130s.

Maybe with the new consulate my wife will not have to wait as long to get her visa. One thing that does worry me is the medical exam, is the consulate going to start using new medical centers to conduct the exams?????? It would be nice to be able to tell my wife where she can go to get her exam. Hope the medical centers performing the exams are not to far from the consulate.

Oh, and don't mind my timeline it is not acurate and I will correct it soon.

Thanks to everyone for all the help on this thread.

  7. Hello jenny2007,

I am the petitioner and also going the IR-1/CR-1 route and waiting on a Juarez interview. DS-230 was recieved by NVC on 10/10 so now i am just wiating for CASE COMPLETE.

I appreciate you posting because that gives me hope that my wife's interview could happen in December. It would also be great if you could post your timeline so I can compare and get a better feel for our interveiw date.

Thanks and please share with us still waiting for interviews some details and what to expect.

  8. Congrats Khaleda on your fast completion!!!

I was hoping to be right up there with you...but now it looks like that's not gonna happen. I'm stuck and I there's nothing I can do about it. My COA was accepted on 10/03 and they STILL haven't generated my IV bill. I am not happy...

Not only are my hopes of a November interview now dashed...but I don't know when they're gonna invoice the darn thing...this is the 4th business day since they accepted it and NOTHING...I don't get it. And, when I call, what do I get? You need to be patient, it was ONLY accepted on the 3rd. We have 2-4 weeks to invoice the fee out to you. ARRGGH!!!

I hope to God it doesn't take 4 weeks, because then there's no hope for a December interview either! I want to see my husband!!! :crying:

    Hello JessyRafa,

I see you are also going for CR-1/IR-1 hopfully we will have the same interview date in Juarez!!!!
