Yes, he can visit you even when the case pending. I had visited my husband 4 times under this visa process, I used the Visa Waiver, and sometimes I stayed 3 months sometimes 2 weeks.

Take with you some good documents to show them, if they asking you. I had always bring with me a letter from my chief, that I work and have vacation, land to the house and apartment, housing contracts, bank statements and return tickets and and,,

But, if they don’t trust on you, they can send you back with the next flight. It’s not illegal to use the tourist visa when you case still pending.

Paris Heart, Thanks! Now its really your time to be approved, you had been in this visa process then Febr 2008, if I remeber right? I hope this time CSC is a lot better than VSC. When we started and appplied it was 60 days at VSC, but the waiting been a year for many of us. Have a nice weekend!

I applied in my married name and have my passport in my maiden name. I had done my interview and got back my passport from the embassey without no problem!

Thank you all friends for your good wishes. I can promise you its feels very good to know that this process is over.

I am sure everybody here needs a vacation or time together when this process is over because we had wait a year. Many of you have not met each other on a long time. I had have had the opportunity to travel to the U.S. a few times during the ongoing process.

Next week we have our 1 year wedding day, I am obviously very pleased that my husband come here for it.

The guy only asked me 2 questions, -Where did you meet your husband and when did you marry him?... After 10 minutes I was on my back out from the embassy! They never asked for any proofs either.

Now the visa process its over for this time. Thanks VJ friends for all support! I’m going to celebrate with a weekend in the mountain and skiing. My husband come to Sweden next week and we are going to have some vacation in Scandinavia before I leave.

Hi friends! Visa problem or clothes problem,,

Ha ha, I pack a small bag with change of clothes for my interview. Where I live we had this morning -29 C and in Stockholm, where I will do the interview on Thursday, it is now about 10 to 15 C warm, winter boots or loafers, that is the question!

Suddenly it became clothing problems instead of display problems. Right now, I am very patient, because now it feels like I am on the final journey. Great yipppeeeee

Yeah, its feel really good now! Is anyone here known if I can enter to GUAM and apply for SSN there? We plan to stay there some months before back to the mainland again, because of my husbands work.

Its your time soon too...... I cross my fingers for a good April month.

The embassy confirmed today that my file had arrived from NVC, yeah I have my interview at Thursday 9 th April.

NVC had scheduled my interview to 15 th May, but I contacted the embassy and asked for an earlier appointment, and they give me 5 weeks earlier!

Maybe on Friday I can book a flight ticket!!!

The embassy had schedule me to 9 April, today I got a email they maybe need to re schedule it, if the paper not had arrive,, I had found out today at DHL webpage that my case had probably arrive,,, I feel I can’t wait more,,,
