What is confusing for you? Sorry, let me more clear: I stayed in the UK for 6 months and 12 days. As soon as I left the UK, I went to the EU and spent 20 days traveling between 3 countries with my fiancé and our families. There was no overstay in the EU, only in the UK. Shortly after, I returned to Brazil, my country of origin. The UK and the EU are two different things… my overstay was in the UK (12 days). I have never been to the United States and have never overstayed in any other country.

The United Kingdom was the only place I traveled to with my fiancé where I stayed for 6 months, because we also went to Scotland and visited several cities. After that, we traveled to Switzerland, France, and Prague, and stayed there for about 20 days in total, together with our families. I returned to my home country right after. Hi guys, I have a question: I’ve been traveling with my fiancé for 6 months in the UK, my tourist visa was valid for 6 months and I ended up confusing the dates and we stayed 12 days more than our allowed period, can I have any problem with this in my k1 interview?? As soon as we realized the departure date, we immediately left the country, we had no immigration problem when leaving the country
