@pushbrk We filed the EZ version. I am the petitioner sponsoring an overseas spouse. I will count myself as 1 and her as 1, so it makes us 2 in our household size while we submit the Affidavit of support.

@pushbrk 2023 is 6 months of residency, and 2024 income is based on 6 months of residency and 3 months of a new job. The 2025 estimated income would obviously be higher as you make more money after completing the residency. Spouse is abroad with consular processing, so our household size will be 2, including her and me. We had only 2024 and 2023 tax returns and W-2s submitted.

We submitted the I-864EZ. On tax returns, our 2023 income was around 30k, 2024 was around 50k, and the current estimate is around 130k.
