I am planning to travel to America from the UK in February and I have a question regarding the application
A few years ago, I was asked to attend a voluntary police interview relating to a harassment allegation made against me, I was not arrested but the interview was under caution, meaning it was recorded and I was read my rights (anything you do say may be used against you etc)
After this interview a few weeks later I was informed by my lawyer that no further action would be taken by the police against me
I have sent a subject access request to Acro to see if they hold any information on me but i am just waiting for this to come back
Do you think i will have any trouble applying for an etsa?
