I recently received an RFE (Request for Evidence) from USCIS for my Form I-485. The issue is specifically with Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support) from the petitioning sponsor.
The RFE mentions the following deficiencies:
I need to submit a completed and signed Form I-864 with a handwritten signature (not typed or stamped).
The petitioning sponsor’s Social Security Number is missing on the form.
The household size calculation on Form I-864 is incomplete or incorrect.
A complete copy of the most recent Federal income tax return, including W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, or other relevant documents, must be submitted.
I would appreciate any guidance or tips on how to fix and re-submit these correctly. Has anyone dealt with this before?
