    I' ve got all those ,one of the questions that was asked of her is if she knew her visa was revoked. She travelled 4 times back and forth and never knew that but she overstayed her visa in 2020 when covid hit. What you suggest. Thank you so much.

    The first interview is for her I485. Now she has a second interview also I485. So you say my letter would help? Also they never asked for any evidence, just worried why second interview. Thank you.

    No doubt in relationship as per what my wife mentioned. She was the only one interviewed, and now the second interview its for her I485.

    I'm a US Citizen petitioned for my wife for adjustment of status here in NY. Her I 130,I131,I765 are all approved. We got a request for a second interview, just curious if I should submit a relationship letter with timeline. Should I have an attorney accompany us for the I485 interview? Please note I was NOT interviewed in the first one ,only my wife. Thank you for your response. Please advise.
