  1. I’m completing AOS forms for my husband who’s Canadian. He entered in June 2022 through the land border. His i94 is not updated to show the most recent date, however, his entry is shown on the travel history page. From my understanding, most Canadians don’t need an i94 for land crossings (per USCIS website) or get a stamp in their passport.

     

    1) Is the travel history enough to show his legal entry?

     

    2) For the forms that ask about his i94, what do I put? What about the expiration date of the authorized stay?
