  1. USCIS will consider your request to review if your don't hear from them for 90 days according to the online chat I had with them.
  2. Finally received an update after more than a week of my interview. Placed in the line for oath ceremony. What a relief!
  3. Oh ok. My case is different because I was told I'm approved and was given the form that states I'm recommended for approval. He also said I would be getting the letter of oath within a week. So I think I have a case my with representative.
  4. During the interview, did they tell you that they were going to send you the letter of oath? What does it state on the N-652 form they gave you after the interview?
  5. I am considering reaching out to my state representative. Has anyone had success taking this route? My request would not be to to expedite my case or to make a special consideration. It's simply to see why I haven't still received the letter of oath when they said I would be getting it in a week after my interview.
  6. I was told everything checks out good and I would be getting the letter of oath in a week. I think the supervisor forgot or is just delaying the final approval.
  7. Its been a week after my interview. Still no updates.. Getting anxious now 😓
  8. You wait years to be eligible to apply, wait months for the interview, finally get to the interview and hear that you're recommended for approval, only for your application to get lost in the void after that. I probably have the most clear cut case possible. I know this is the final step in the whole immigration process but God it is so agonizing! What's worse is the same thing happened to me as well after my GC interview.
  9. Thanks. I had politely requested for an early oath ceremony date because I have to travel abroad urgently. Hope this request didn't trigger anything unwanted.
  10. I had my interview this morning at the Las Vegas FO. Was approved on the spot and was given a form saying "recommended for approval". But there have been no updates online as of yet. Most people say the online status changes to Approved the same day. The reason I'm worried is because the same thing happened during my Green Card interview. Was approved on the spot but I didn't hear from them for like 5-6 months.
  11. Just make sure you are in json URL? https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/<your case number>
  12. This is where I saw my interview date in json "notices": [ { "receiptNumber": "IOE9022882365", "letterId": "391667930", "generationDate": "2025-07-14T20:03:12.459Z", "appointmentDateTime": "2025-08-20T12:10:00.000Z", "actionType": "Interview Scheduled" }
  13. Search for the term appointmentDateTime in this json URL https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/<your case number> You will see it only after you get the email/phone notice from USCIS.
  14. Saw the appointment date in json. Its Aug 20.
  15. Got an interview notice in the email just now. But I don't see the document uploaded online yet so I don't know the date. Applied Mar 18, Las Vegas FO.
  16. I wouldn't get excited if the updatedAt date is the 5 yr GC anniversary date because it seems like it happens to every application.
  17. Did you check if this date is your Green Card's three or five year mark?
  18. Good to hear! I applied 3/18. Still nothing.
  19. In the USCIS website, you start a chat session from the bottom right corner and choose "Live Agent". You can then ask them for details about your case. Some agents are more helpful than others. Not sure if this works after-hours.
  20. Question: How do I reply to someone's post here? I only see Report and Share options?
  21. I asked Emma regarding the 06/16 update. She told me there was a check that was completed. Hopefully I get an interview notice soon.
  22. There was an update in the JSON text as follows. Curious about the updatedAt line. 06/16 is the 5 yr anniversary of my GC (I had applied exactly 90 days early). Is this the date they took action (transferred to FO hopefully) just so happened to coincide with the 5 yr anniversary or do they update everyone's application on the anniversary day? { "data": { "receiptNumber": "IOE**" "submissionDate": "2025-03-18", "submissionTimestamp": "2025-03-18T00:00:00.000Z", "formType": "N-400", "formName": "Application for Naturalization", "updatedAt": "2025-06-16", "updatedAtTimestamp": "2025-06-16T04:12:33.162Z", "cmsFailure": false, "closed": false, "ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms": true, "applicantName": "noticeMailingPrefIndicator": false, "docMailingPrefIndicator": false, "elisBeneficiaryAddendum": {
  23. I just crossed the 90 day mark but still nothing regarding the interview.
  24. 03/18: Filed application online, 90 days before the 5 yr mark. Permanent Resident through employment. 03/18: NOA and Biometrics reused notice posted online Still waiting for the interview notice. Case timeline shows 7 months total processing time. Location: Las Vegas
