  5. I am currently undergoing treatment for an illness. According to my doctor, based on a bone marrow biopsy, I have had this condition for over 10 years, and my prognosis is approximately three years. My son’s asylum case was administratively closed because he also has an I-130 petition filed by his sister in 2018. He is married, living in the United States, and has two children who are U.S. citizens. The judge has allowed him to remain in the U.S. until the I-130 petition is approved. I have already requested a support letter from the state representative and will be asking my oncologist for one as well. Could you assist me by providing a sample letter template?
