    Trying to find out if my Moroccan fiancee needs just the police certificate . Or does she need to obtain a court records too? She never been in trouble and also she never lived in any other country but morocco 🇲🇦

    fiancee went to doctor appointment , did all medical exams and shots, at the end of her visit she told her good luck to you on your visa process, but she never gave her no paperwork or receipt proving that she did the medical exam. so my question is how does that go, do doctors transmit that in the system or by mail to the consulate? don't you have to bring with you proof of medical exam at the day of the interview? i appreciate it in advance.

    your time line is exactly like ours pretty much. took as about 20 some days with excessive inquiries till they gave us our case number on august 14 2025 now we are waiting on her interview.

    i appreciate it, i heard that ppl could wait up to 4 months sometimes, we are crossing our fingers and praying this will go smooth. so after i file i-134 , should i mail it to uscis or should i mail it to my fiancee ? im assuming you file it up and add anysuporting documents and just let it ride to my love in morocco lol

    we did pay it online yersterday at the travel dot website now the question remaining is, who decides the interview date? as or them? in otherwords , who pick the interview date, us or casablanca consulate?

    we did pay on line with a debit card and up on paying it , the system automatically sent an email receipt to my fiancee in morocco. they pretty much said they are going to contact her and let her know what the next steps are. but so far we didnt get or was able to pick/chose an interview date. so r they going to chose the date or did we miss to pick a day somewhere on that website where we paid the 265. please help , any advice would be much appreciated. what should we do now?

    Do you mean it's paid at the day of the interview at the casablanca consulate . Urgent please because all we have is the mrv number and the ds-160 receipt number and the i797 approval number of the I 129 f.

    so we did ds 160 then did register for an interview but it never gave us a an option to pay it, but instead it just gave us a reciept with an MRV number stating that the payment is due in two days. by we choosed aramex zaraktouni as a cite of delivery of documents? im puzzeled please help. what should we do now? should she go to the consulate and try to pay it with out in appointment, or will they just wait and have her pay it at the interview date, which im assuming they are going to decide that date not us. any clarification on that matter , would be appreciated.

    i appreciate for real. im with my fiancee chatting right now so we are going to register today. Also as one more question, what's your advice about what should we put as an interview date if you were in our shoes? thank you jean, you rock....lol

    please help, we did ds-160 but dont know what website to use to pay for the interview and choose a date

    i doubt the embassy will contact the beneficiary before filling ds-160. dont they need the most recent updated address, you know ppl move around sometimes.

    so you file ds160 then you get the welcome letter or is it vice verca.? at what stage my foriegn fiance pays for the visa aplication fee?

    it has been 5 weeks since my approval notice. was aproved on april 30th, will give them till the end of this month and go from there.

    my problem is i can't fill out ds160 yet, beause i still need the nvc case number to move forward in this process.

    from my understanding if i remember right, you get the case number then you go online to file ds160, then the embassy sends the welcome letter . is that correct ?

    How did you get the case number? What's the process? Been having them since day one...lol

    You are right, based on the info on the i129-f approval notice, it was sent to the nvc on April 30th of 2025. I went through k1 visa back in 2008 , been a citizen since 2013 or 2015 if I recall right. So far the process seems to be the same, except for I would think because of the new tech and updated computers they would be faster, I guess not, bro works at the USCIS/NVC/Consulate still operating like if he is working in a warehouse, chill and work at your own paste, make that application forwarding last till break time 😆 😂 🤣

    Did you hear back from the nvc, been waiting for 4 weeks now, was approved on April 30 th of this year.

    hello everyone, i did file i129f on november 2024, got approved on april 30 2025, got my aproval notice now waiting on DOS/NVC to send me my case number that i can use to log on thier website. i know there is delays, reason i said that because it says that on one of them visa trackers i used to estimate my wait. should i just chill and wait or should i call the nvc or do the online inquiry or whats next?
