I am in the process of submitting an Advisory Opinion request through the J Visa Waiver Online system. While filling in the form, I entered my wife’s surname and given name in the correct respective fields. However, on the summary page, the system displays the surname in the given name field and vice versa. Can anyone provide me with some suggestions about what I should do?
