So even on F1 OPT visa status my authorisation starts to work from june20th 2025. In that case do u need to submit an I865??

I am currently on an F-1 OPT visa and recently married to a U.S. citizen. I am preparing to begin the adjustment of status process. In Form I-485, Part 3, Part 3. Request for Exemption for Intending Immigrant's Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA I am requesting an exemption from submitting an Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA (Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ) because (select only one): 1.e. None of these exemptions apply to me and I am not required by statute to submit an Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA, nor am I required to request an exemption. 1.f. None of these exemptions apply to me and I am not requesting an exemption as I am required to submit an Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA. how should I respond to the question, which option should I opt for (1.e or 1.f) about eligibility for an exemption? Additionally, is Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support) required in my case? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or input. Thank you!
