I checked out the estimated times on the search function here: It says K-1 is much faster than the CR 1. It looks like K-1 is less than a year. CR1 takes a little bit longer than 2 years. Can anybody confirm / or let me know if that's accurate or not? Thanks,

Can I apply for both of these online? For the CRBA, I had a son last August, and we haven't yet applied. I recently got the hard copy with his birth certificate which has my last name on it. I'm not sure how long this usually takes. With Regards to the K-1, can we do all of the paperwork online? If I can, that could speed things up because I'm currently residing in the U.S. I have a side question: I checked the wait times on the site it looked like the K-1 was much faster than the CR-1. I'm not yet decided if I should do the K-1 or the CR-1 or just wait for the IR1. If I do k-1, if the wait times on the site were correct, it looked like my family (Filipino American kid and fiancé) could join me sometime in the next 6 to 12 months? Any tips? Thanks!
