    That's what it's shown on the tax return. I don't think she used any business deduction other than her child and education credits.

     

    Edit: We have a standard deduction of $27,700, we filed those taxes together.

  2. Hi. So she has been self-employed for last two years and her AGI on tax returns exceeded 125% of the poverty guidelines. (Our household is 3 people, and she made around 36k and 38k). Here's the issues:

     

    - She lost her job on Covid times 3 years ago and she didn't make a lot in 2022, only around 7k doing Uber Eats and Doordash.

     

    -She is on a tax payment plan for the last two years of tax owed (around $5k)

     

    We have been married for 2 years.

     

    What are the chances that she'll get approved? Our families are not helpful and we pretty much don't have anyone else for us to sponsor me. If there's a high-chance of us needing a joint sponsor, is there any way to find a solution?
