    We got our packet 3 for K-1 Visa. It says to go to the Vietnamese Us travel docs website to register a mailing address. This website is the hottest piece of trash. It simply doesn't work. VPN, extensions, cache. It doesn't matter. We're quite stressed and do not know what to do. She spoke to someone who said you can skip this step. Is this true?

    Hello, Our case was approved and is on the way to NVC I think. Our case status is listed as ready. If I am understanding correctly, we are waiting for a letter for the consulate. It says it is ready for the interview “to be scheduled.” Who schedules it? Can it be scheduled now? Can she schedule her medical now or must it be at a specific place? Some sites talk about a fee, but zero information on how to pay it. Another site says we need a ustraveldocs account. This website doesn’t work however. We have no idea if we should be doing something or just waiting. There’s conflicting information out there making this infinitely more confusing than it should be.
