  1. I already included a joint sponsor. I just thought the current individual income was an estimate so I put the estimate there. I already included the a joint sponsor though. So was wondering if that would still matter considering that I already included a joint sponsor
  2. So I have a related question. I have recently filed an AOS petition and want a clarification on the I-864 part. So the petitioner (USC) made way below the poverty threshold for the most recent year (around $3,000 as reported on the "total income" line on most recent tax documents) since petitioner only worked for one month. This same figure ($3,000) was entered as the most recent tax year's total income in part 6, item 16a. However petitioner is self employed now and expects to make around $36,000 which we indicated as the "current individual income". We already included a joint sponsor (w2 worker) who made way above thresholds for the 3 past years. My question is that given that petitioner's "current individual income" ($36,000) is way above their total income for previous year ($3,000) will this be an issue? Or that wouldnt matter since we already included a joint sponsor who made way above thresholds for the 3 past years.
