Could you please advise if my in-laws in the US are considered RELATIVES or should they be classified as 'OTHERS'? Thanks!

I just need clarification for the DS-160 form please. Please see below: I was told that B1/ B2 are given as 1 but if I just need to visit the US to see relatives and have no business to attend to, should I just choose B2? We plan to stay at my brother-in-law's house? Is he considered a "Relative" or should I choose "Others"? I am adding my kids as companions and I am a bit confused where it says "Relationship with the person". Should it be "Parent" or "Son/Daughter?
