Be aware that your emotional responses to the current political climate have no connection whatsoever to your spouse visa process.
That's true. I'll just keep everything as is, and submit it via paper as I had initially done.

My advice is file properly on paper and pay the correct fee. Why complicate matters further?
I figured I can correct the address and add it to the Additional Information.
You are right, it does feel like complicating it. In the rejection package, there is a Highlighted paper included. So I am not even sure if that would need to be included in the online version. I feel like the online process would be faster? i'm not sure
I want to thank you for your replies. Not having anyone to speak with regarding such a complicated process, especially with the current political climate has been strenuous.

If you want to be absolutely sure, file by paper and mail instead. You can also refer to the final section of the form where you can type the address in full, in the appropriate format.
Unfortunately it got rejected due to me not checking the Paper filing fee/Online filing fee. Do you think I can submit online this time instead? For the initial worry about the address, I will just add it to the "Additional Information"

Hello,
I submitted a paper format, but it took almost a month to get the rejection notice back. I am considering using the Online submission vice Paper this time. I was not charged. I had initial doubts as my address did not fit..so i'll be using the Additional Information box to fill in the extended info.
Question
> Do I also submit the Highlighted paper that was returned back to me?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi everyone, I'm reviewing the Draft version in the Online form before I hit submit, and my (TLDR) beneficiaries address is cut off in the final draft online form. I am wondering if the person reviewing my case will be able to see the full address or the cut off version? I'm extremely hesitant to submit only to find out months later that it got rejected.
Has there been anyone that has submitted it and still gotten approved?
I'd appreciate any insight, as I've already tried calling them with no answer, chatting the sh***y "Emma" only to wait hours, and get no response to a technical question.
Thank you.
Can I submit Online after Paper Rejection?
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures

It was due to me not noticing the Filing fee amount. I had put in $625, instead of the correct $675 for paper. I am also submitting a bank check instead of a CC payment as i had before, so it's not fraud alerted.
After my payment has been processed, would the paper process be similar to online? Timeline wise?
That's my biggest concern is that paper is going to take longer.
Thank you.
